05. DIPLOMA HOLDER ON CONTRACT BASIS : 

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Reservation /Relaxation policy as per Government of India rules shall be applied.

2. Only SC/ST candidates will be paid IInd class railway fare by the shortest route subject to production of railway receipt or ticket numbers.

3. CEL reserves the right to debar/ disqualify any candidate at any stage of the selection proceedings, for any reason whatsoever; Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
