Job Description:
- To handle calls, emails, facsimiles & order exceptions.
- Receive inbound calls and enter details into the entry tool.
- Communicate with respective stakeholders via Fax/Email to collect information or update information
- Examine and correct exceptions.
- Retrieve, compile, sort, verify accuracy and enter data from source document into the database according to prescribed standards.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of client records.
Job Profile:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Oral & Written
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Order taking & effective Data up dation skills
- Average typing speed
- Logical reasoning
- Good Analytical and Reasoning skills
Walkin On: Monday – Friday (except National Holidays)
Time: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
