Rotary Wing Academy (RWA), Helicopter Division, Bangalore was formed for the purpose of providing flying training. The Academy is also providing flying training to incumbents from army, coast guard and central para military forces in addition to training civil pilots for commercial pilot license.

GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE): 

Maximum age limit is 54 years as on 01-09-2011. Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and Physically Challenged candidates is as per Rules. For BDL internal candidates, the maximum age limit is 53 years.
 

DEPUTY. GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE) & COMPANY SECRETARY:

Maximum age limit is 50 years for UR candidates and 53 years for OBC candidates as on 01-09-2011. Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and Physically Challenged candidates is as per Rules. For BDL internal candidates, the maximum age limit is 53 years.

QUALIFICATION:

GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE): Graduation with CA/ICWA.
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE): Graduation with CA/ICWA.
COMPANY SECRETARY : Essential: Graduation with ACS. Desirable: Degree in law & CA/ICWA

EXPERIENCE:

GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE): Minimum years of post qualification experience required is 18 years in a reputed industry,  preferably PSUs in the relevant area with minimum two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent.

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE): Minimum years of post qualification experience required is 14 years in a reputed industry, preferably PSUs in the relevant area with minimum two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent.

COMPANY SECRETARY: Minimum years of post qualification experience required is 14 years in a reputed industry,preferably PSUs in the relevant area with minimum two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent. Experience inhandling of Taxation matters will be an added advantage.
