Responsibilities

• Orchestrating all release activities for the team including:
• Defining and ensuring that all milestones are communicated and delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standards within agreed specifications).
• Ensuring that projects in the release are adequately resourced. The Program Manger is responsible for working with management in allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner.
• Ensuring that all gaps/risks/issues/cross functional dependencies associated with a release have been identified and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Drive resolution on open issues.
• Enable identification of a proper risk mitigation plan.
• Track and resolve dependencies.
• Ensuring that the work backlog (Features & Defects) is properly prioritized and communicated internally and externally.
• Managing work backlog includes:
• Manage project scope and change control escalating issues where necessary.
• Work closely with users to ensure the project meets development and Integration needs.
• Managing integration co‐ordination with client groups.
• Attend and contribute to BRCs
• Managing change requests through ECO process
• Managing processes to ensure transparency within and outside the team.
• Monitoring project progress and performance providing status reports to all stakeholders.
• Maintaining a co‐operative, motivated and successful team.

Requirements

• Proven ability to understand consumer needs and translate needs into product requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed team.
