Job Description:

• To handle calls, emails, facsimiles & order exceptions.
• Receive inbound calls and enter details into the entry tool.
• Communicate with respective stakeholders via Fax/Email to collect information or update information
• Examine and correct exceptions.
• Retrieve, compile, sort, verify accuracy and enter data from source document into the database according to prescribed standards.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of client records.

Job Profile:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Oral & Written
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Order taking & effective Data up dation skills
• Average typing speed
• Logical reasoning
• Good Analytical and Reasoning skills

Walkin On: Monday – Friday (except National Holidays)

Time: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
